ZaZa Zinfandel Glaze for Salmon

4 6oz salmon fillets
2Tbls EVOO
3Tbls Balsamic Vinegar
1Tbls Dijon Mustard
1Tbls Oregano
4 Tbls Garlic
1/4 c Zinfandel Gelee
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients; brush glaze over salmon bake 10-14 minutes; until fish is fork flakey
